Prabal Gurung is not a label that you could ever call affordable. Far from it, really. Having only launched under his own own name early in 2009, but with the credentials to support it being the previous design director at Bill Blass interning at Donna Karen etc..., he has become a design phenomenon. When I started to hear whispers and then full articles for the collection for Target I was both excited and hesitant. I was less than impressed with the Rodate collection from 2009 so it was with a ton of hope that this collection would make me want to drive to the closest Target (Which is far!) and get some amazing pieces!
Today I was finally able to look through the entire collection and needless to say it was impressive! there are so many amazing pieces and I would kill to get my hands on a pair of the neon stilettos. Very Celine and at 39.99, CRAZY!
