Eileen Fisher Media Opening

I was at the media breakfast for a brand that I've known for cozy sweaters and timeless basics, Eileen Fisher. At its first Calgary location in Chinook Centre and It has already been open for a month but its official opening was on September 21st. What I also learned was that they are a brand built on an ethical and environmental foundation. Where all their silks are coloured with no chemical dyes and cotton is grown without pesticides. The breakfast was really informative as it was stylish. It was also the day after my new hair cut, what you do think? my ends were really getting dry and my new cut gives me some much needed volume. My favorite items were the metallic coated sweaters. I'm always looking to stock up for the long cold winters, and what could be better then sipping hot chocolate watching a movie and wearing some comfy sweaters? All while it's blizzarding outside.

Tiffany & Co. Blogger Breakfast

 Tuesday morning fulfilled a fantasy. One that every girl dreams about after watching Audrey Hepburn step out of a taxi in front of that iconic Tiffany and Co. building on Fifth Avenue and peering into the windows. After being 25 minutes late (thank-you Calgary for the freak blizzard) I was warmly welcomed with a breakfast of crepes, fresh fruit, and granola. As the group if us chatted we also tried on some of the beautiful rings that Tiffany had to offer. A favorite were the rose-gold coloured bands and of course what girl wouldn't want a $80,000 ring on her finger?

Here's a nice photo of the table setting from Kait at Yuppie Love. Unfortunately as I was late due to traffic I missed getting to see it and meeting some of the guests who were sitting around the table till the end.

Above are the lovely gifts they sent me home with. A small heart keyring and a 175 year anniversary engraved usb. It's a pretty fancy usb stick if I do say so myself and it should if it's from Tiffany & Co.
